imagine the world

Imagine there's no Heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today

Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace

You may say that I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one

Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world

You may say that I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will live as on

Imagine: John Lennon

This song released in 1971 and manage to get awarded by many people. This song have a nice melody seriously for me.but what are the messages that the singer trying to tell us?.In a 1980 interview with David Sheff for a magazine, Lennon remarks on the message of "Imagine":
Sheff: On a new album, you close with "Hard Times Are Over (For a While)". Why?
Lennon: It's not a new message: "Give Peace a Chance" — we're not being unreasonable. Just saying "give it a chance." With "Imagine" we're asking, "can you imagine a world without countries or religions?" It's the same message over and over. And it's positive

ist true world without religions will be peace?maybe for a free thinker its true.because so many people died just because to protect their religion.don't you think religion is something that we believe?something that we hold on tight and something that we trust the most.just the same with what you believe as a free thinker.i am sure you will protect your free thinker concept if someone try to play with it.furthermore religion is a rules of life. The Master of all rules in the universe.with rules we can achieve the peace world that you imagine.its a dream come true actually.

for muslim and muslimah, hopefully your not being fooled by all this great melody. This song against what we believe in Islam. We Believe in Allah, We believe about heaven and hell.
